Walking The Brave Hearted Path- A Journey of Self Discovery.

Starts Tuesday 19th  July  7.30pm -9 pm

At the Tara Centre, The Storey,  Lancaster 

Join Sarah for a five week course designed to support anyone suffering with stress, worry or anxiety,  helping you to  re-connect to your body and re-balance body, mind and spirit. Allowing you to begin to reclaim parts of yourself that  may have felt lost and supporting  you to come back home into your authentic self. 

The course consists of

Five  - 60 Min Forrest Yoga Practices ,

Meditation practices

Breath practices,

Journaling opportunities,

we will end the five weeks with a sharing circle to complete the journey.

A 30 Min FREE yoga video link  for your own practice is included in the course and will be sent to you after the first class. 

This course has been designed to run isolation to your  Forrest Yoga Practice, whether  this is your first time on the mat or you are any experienced Yogi the course can be adapted to support you.

I only work in small groups, this is so that I can offer you  a supportive space to go deeper into yourself and help you to get what you need.
