One-to-Ones  or Small group Classes

Sarah offers 75 minute 1-to-1sessions or small group sessions with a maximum of 4 people offering a combination of different modalities, yoga, breath practices and meditation to allow you to delve deeper into your practice. Whether you are a beginner wanting some support on getting a practice started or working with a particular issues or injury or already have an experienced yoga practice Sarah can tailor make a session to work around your desired intention. Sarah offers a price structure to suit your needs.

One off session £45

Once a month session £40

Bi weekly sessions  £70 per month

Once a week  £120 per month

Prices are paid in advance or on the day of the session and are non refundable.

24 hours notice is required to change appointment time. 

Sessions can be at your home or or via zoom.
