1-2-1 Sessions 

Sarah offers 90 minute 121 sessions  offering a combination of different modalities.


Including Forrest  Yoga, breath practices, meditation and mindset techniques to allow


you to delve deeper into your practice.


Whether you are a beginner wanting some support on getting a practice started or


working with a particular issues or injury Sarah can tailor make a session to work


around your desired intention.


Price £50

Prices are paid in advance or on the day of the session and are non refundable.


24 hours notice is required to change appointment time. 


Sessions can be at your home or or via zoom.
