Yoga classes with Sarah

Sarah offers yoga classes designed to  support people suffering with stress, worry, anxiety or physical injury. For beginners to experienced yogis  You will begin the process of inner enquiry and  building self-governance, through a combination of working with and discovering your breath, integrity, strength and spirit.

Breath – Using a variety of breathing techniques allows you to explore and welcome in feelings and sensations, and connect with your body.

Integrity – Sarah supports you to connect to your own integrity through your own inner authority. She teaches authentically, from her own embodied practice and yoga  teacher trainings.

Strength – A key focus of Forrest Yoga is building abdominal strength and using grounding, energizing postures in a structured sequence, to build physical strength. This gives support and an anchor to yourself.

Spirit – Connecting to yourself and what is important to you within. Finding out what ignites your spirit and soul, and what matters to you the most.

Sarah works in small classes, to create an intimate space offering a safe and supportive  environment for her students to delve deeper into themselves.
