This is a FREE Taster event to introduce my new course Walking the Brave Hearted Path. In this hour I will be offering you a chance to learn tools to enable you to learn how to gently grounding your Mind Body and Spirit by coming out of the head and moving into feeling and body awareness. We we work with Breath Practice, Meditation and Forrest yoga. You will need a yoga mat for this practice.
