Q. “I’m not bendy enough for yoga.”
A. Forrest Yoga is about who you are now. Sarah will give you advice on the best postures or alternatives to support you best. 


Q I have a physical injury. Can I still participate?
A. Forrest Yoga is designed to support physical injury. Sarah is also a qualified nurse and used to support people in their health.


Q. How big are the classes? 
A. The maximum number is eight in a class. Sarah offers small classes so that she can hold a supportive space for you.


Q. “Yoga is not my thing – I prefer exercise and fitness programs.”
A. Experiencing yoga is not a one-size-fits-all approach. There are many forms and styles. Sarah invites you to have a go and see how you feel. 


Q. “I can’t sit still in my head for long.”
A. Using a combination of breath techniques and sequence postures, Sarah invites you to connect with your body and move out of your mind. 


Q. Do I need to bring anything? 
A. You will require a yoga or exercise mat. It can be handy to have a yoga block, strap and a rolled-up bath towel.
