Sarah uses a combination of Forrest Yoga Asana Postures, Breath Practices, Meditation and working with your Mindset. To help you come home - back into your Authentic Self.

This is a one-to-one program consisting of five 90-minute sessions over 5 consecutive weeks at a set time of your choosing. You will be working with Sarah in a programme that is tailored to your abilities. Whether it’s your first day on a yoga mat or if you have been exercising for years – Sarah will create a practice that is tailored for you.
Walking the Brave Hearted Path takes place from the comfort of your home via Zoom, held in a nurturing and supportive environment. Sarah is passionate about you feeling safe and supported while you undertake this process.
This is a signature course created by Sarah using all her skills, practices, tools and knowledge that she has gained over the past 18 years via Yoga, Meditation, within her Nursing career, and working Holistically with her clients.
About Sarah
Sarah worked as a Trained Nurse for fifteen years in the NHS. During that time she didn’t realise the importance of giving back to herself, whilst caring for others in an emotionally demanding profession. This experience led to a transformation, where Sarah studied Forrest yoga and Meditation. She used these healing modalities to dig deeper into her own self enquiry, building her own awareness and by listening to the language of her body. Thus connecting to her authentic self and learning to embrace herself fully, by building up an inner resilience.

During her work teaching Forrest yoga classes, and working holistically with her clients, Sarah found that her experience of 'filling your own heart first' through building self-worth was the solution to a problem that many care-givers experience. This is the embodied place from which she teaches The Brave Hearted Path to her clients.

Sarah has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 18 years and is a Level 2 Forrest Yoga Teacher, created by Ana Forrest. Sarah works with the key principles of Forrest yoga connecting to Breath, Integrity, Strength and Spirit. Sarah was the founder of Gentle Warrior Yoga in Lancaster.

"Sarah has a wonderful way of making you feel relaxed so that you can get the most out of each session with her. Her description of feelings and how they show up physically in the body is enlightening. Her Forrest Yoga is gentle but thorough. Each pose helps you understand what you can do with your body and helps with flexibility and relaxation. But you also know you have worked hard by the end of the session.
This course helps you understand how your mind controls your body and how to train it for your benefit. The discussions also help you to unload in a safe friendly environment especially in a one to one situation.
